just got back from california, and a few days at disneyland. while seeing the park where 'it all started' is always fun, the experience just wasn't the same for me as visiting walt disney world. to be fair, it wasn't disneyland's fault - it was the lack of someone special to share it with. dont get me wrong, tim is one of my truly best friends - but we both agreed the experience was dulled down to that of hitting a six flags, or the like.
we had a great time, and disneyland definately boasts some superior attractions to it's florida counterpart, but i missed experiencing it with that special someone. i missed holding hands and laughing. smiling and looking into each other's eyes while watching the fireworks, and all that other stuff that makes a disney vacation truly magical...
it is coming up tho... and i cant wait
with that said, i've gotta give props to disneyland's pirates, haunted mansion, and indiana jones attractions... tower of terror wasn't to shabby itself...
